Description

Offline AICF – Rules & Regulations

Venue: Divine Allura 1-170/3/1, Lane Besides KS Bakers, Rd Number 7, Friends Colony, Chanda Nagar, Telangana 500050

Students are required to assemble at the specified time at the given venue.
Prizes will be distributed on the same day after the event concludes. Only the top 3 positions in each category will be considered for winners & Top 3 Runner up in each category will be considered.
Students are required to bring their own materials for the tournament.
The delegates’ decisions shall be final and binding on all.
If the boys or girls category has only one player, the round will be considered for both boys and girls for overall prize distribution.
The tournament will be conducted separately for boys and girls, categorized by specific divisions.
No lower age group players are allowed to play in high age group category.
Registration fees are not eligible for reimbursed under any circumstance.
Once registration closes, players cannot modify the event.
All participants will receive an E-certificate.

Age is calculated as on the event date. Participants move to the next category on the day they complete the next age.
