Rules & Regulations for offline AICF events
- Students are required to assemble at the specified time at the given venue.
- Prizes will be distributed on the same day after the event concludes. Only the top 3 positions in each category will be considered for winners & Top 3 Runner up in each category will be considered.
- Students are required to bring their own materials for the tournament.
- The delegates' decisions shall be final and binding on all.
- If the boys or girls category has only one player, the round will be considered for both boys and girls for overall prize distribution.
- The tournament will be conducted separately for boys and girls, categorized by specific divisions.
- No lower age group players are allowed to play in high age group category.
- Registration fees are not eligible for reimbursed under any circumstance.
- Once registration closes, players cannot modify the event.
- All participants will receive an E-certificate.
